Service scope
ein.lk provides administrative preparation, educational information, and process guidance. We are not the IRS, Stripe, a bank, a law firm, or an accounting firm. The service is not legal, tax, or financial advice.
Your information
You must provide complete, current, and truthful information and review documents before submission. We may refuse or stop work where information appears false, inconsistent, unlawful, or outside the agreed scope.
No outcome guarantee
Government agencies, banks, and payment providers make independent decisions. We do not guarantee an EIN issue date, bank account, payment account, approval, or uninterrupted service from a third party.
Fees
The IRS does not charge an EIN issuance fee. Amounts paid to ein.lk are service fees for the scope shown at checkout. Third-party costs are separate unless expressly included.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to impersonate another person, hide beneficial ownership, provide a false address, evade verification, or conduct prohibited activity.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, ein.lk is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, third-party account restrictions, or decisions based on inaccurate customer information. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.
