Refund policy

Before work begins

You may request a full refund before we begin reviewing or preparing your case.

After work begins

Once case review or document preparation has started, completed work is non-refundable. If we determine that we cannot provide the purchased scope before submission, we will refund the unused service amount.

Government and provider decisions

A government delay, request for more information, rejection caused by inaccurate customer information, or a separate bank/payment-provider decision does not automatically create a refund right. Any special outcome-based promise must appear in your written checkout summary to apply.

Duplicate or incorrect charges

Duplicate charges and confirmed billing errors will be refunded to the original payment method.

Requesting a refund

Use the contact form with the email used for purchase and your order reference. Do not include passport or tax-ID numbers.
